With the Pinnacle Caring Dementia Live-in care support, we want to give those with dementia the opportunity to have a fulfilling and independent life as possible. As there are many types and stages of dementia, our carers are trained to keep everyday routines and find the best ways to communicate effectively. Dementia can also be very challenging for family members, so offering practical advice, information and support to them is equally important especially following initial diagnosis

Dementia Care
A qualified, skilled care worker is a vital element of supporting someone who is suffering with Dementia, whether in the early or late stages of the condition our staff are equipped to provider person centred support.
We recognise and understand how a persons needs can change over time and this can be a distressing and vulnerable time for the person and family members, often involving a new diagnosis and changes in daily habits, required medications, meal regimens, rehab exercises and more. Our Live in Care Service provides the monitoring, reminders and emotional support to help during these difficult times.
