My 97year old Mum came out of hospital early last year. She was physically back to normal but mentally she was very fragile and had lost all confidence. Even so she wanted to return to her own home (semi sheltered accommodation) and her independence. My Mum is a special lady and is very precious to us. So we had to find a Care company that we felt was right for her. Fortunately we have been able to achieve this with Pinnacle Care. They listened to my Mums needs and requirements and in doing so have allowed Mum to gain confidence and belief in herself again . We have found over the months Pinnacle have been trustworthy, reliable and Careing which has confirmed in our opinion that we made the right decision. We would have no hesitation in recommending Pinnacle Care to others who find themselves in this position.

Looking for additional care for my Father after Mother passed away, was something of a ‘leap in the dark’ for me as I had no experience to date of being in such a position. Whoever I may have opted for, it would have been with some trepidation but ‘Pinnacle’, as the weeks went by, proved more than adequate in all aspects of their care. Though most of the time he was cheerful, sociable and certainly ‘enjoyed the attention’, due to his condition he could also be awkward and contrary. Pinnacle took all this in their stride and I know he came to be fondly thought of. They did a sterling job in looking after his needs; medication, food, dressing, showers, etc. The staff were always punctual and professional and communicated well with me, his only son. I visited every day during this time; any questions or concerns I may have had at any time were quickly and efficiently dealt with via a telephone call. If needed, I would not hesitate to use ‘Pinnacle Services’ again, and would wholeheartedly recommend them for others to consider.

My mum was supported by staff from pinnacle care.very caring and supportive staff team. Nothing is too much trouble. Highly recommended.
