Does having home care result in a loss of independence?
No. Our belief is that independence is being in control of your decisions. Having a Live in Carer means being in control of your life and retaining as much independence as possible. Many of our clients just need a little help to continue living safe and productive lives, while some might be recovering from a fall or recent surgery. Regardless of your situation, our goal is to enable you to get the best possible outcomes that improves your health and general wellbeing.
How can I trust a Care Worker in my home?
There are strict regulations that govern the recruitment of Care Workers. All our staff of robustly vetted and DBS checked before being allowed to work with people at risk. We have a strict code of conduct that all our staff must follow and we routinely monitor staff to ensure they are meeting our high standards.

Our staff are our most important asset, without them we have no business so we ensure that staff are well cared for and supported just like we do with our clients.
What if we don’t like our Care Worker?
Please contact us immediately and we will make arrangements to supply a replacement carer as soon as possible.
Will we have a choice in selecting the Care Worker?
Our CarePairing Process works with each family to understand what unique skills and personality are desired to meet your needs. We will then select a carer that is best suited to deliver the best care solution.
What is the process of finding a Live in Carer?
As soon as the assessment of need is completed, we will select the best carers based on our experience. We will introduce you to the care team to ensure they match your preferences and that you feel entirely comfortable with our section, if you are not happy then we will keep going until the right match is made.
